Veteran’s Day 2018 Volunteer Event

Members of the Brotherhood spent this Veteran’s Day weekend doing some volunteer work at the Veterans Home of California Chula Vista. They spent the morning conducting landscape work on the grounds and then had the opportunity to have lunch with some of the Home’s residents. Some vets were from the WWII era including one resident who was in boot camp during the attack on Pearl Harbor. Hearing their stories of courage and sacrifice is what inspires our current generation of vets to continue to uphold this proud legacy.
